About InvoiceJet
InvoiceJet turns invoices (PDFs, photos and forwarded emails) into checked, structured data in about 30 seconds, then helps a small business act on it: what is due, what might be a duplicate, who needs to approve it, and a clean export for the books.
Why it exists
Most invoice OCR tools look fine in a demo and go wrong quietly: field 7 of invoice 40 is misread, nobody notices, and the books are off. So people re-check everything, and the automation saves very little.
InvoiceJet is built around that failure. Each field has to pass the same checks before it is trusted, and anything that doesn't is shown to you with its source. The goal is that you stop checking the AI's homework.
How we build it
- Check before you trust
- Two independent models must agree and the math has to reconcile before a field is marked high confidence. Clean invoices clear on their own; the rest wait for a person.
- Show the source
- Every value cites the text it was read from, and every field carries a confidence level, so checking a number takes one click.
- Your data stays yours
- We process documents only to run the service and never sell your data. Documents go only to AI providers under policies that prohibit training on your data.
- No accuracy number we can't back
- Extraction is probabilistic. Until our benchmark set is published we show confidence per field instead of a headline percentage.
